Warranty and Returns Policy

We will process the order and ship it within 1-3 days. Customers can cancel the order before the expected shipping time, which is within 3 days. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days.

If a customer cancels an order before the expected shipping time and within the timeframe for initiating a cancellation as indicated on the website, the order can be cancelled.

- If the return is initiated by the customer, the shipping costs are for the customer's account. The exact costs depend on the chosen courier.

- If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer does not have to pay the shipping costs for this.

For quick processing of your return and refund, please include the name of the payer, the order number, your email address, and the reason for return in the package. We will refund the amount to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return request.
